The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:
H. B. 4008 -- "A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §22- 29-1, §22-29-2, §22-29-3, §22-29-4, §22-29-5 and §22-29-6, all relating to the adoption of green building standards for the construction or renovation of certain public building and renovation projects; authorizing the Department of Administration to propose legislative rules; allowing for exceptions from requirements; requiring report of findings, recommendations, savings and projects excepted from requirements; providing for a Green Buildings Advisory Council; and providing protection from liability."
